I'm currently a qualified Level 2 (490hr) yoga teacher with additional certification in 'The Art of Alignment and Hands on Assist', under the tutorage of Nicole Walsh and Rod Galbraith of Inyoga.
After many years of practice in martial arts and breath work, I bring a passion to my teaching for the re-connection of the breath and movement with mindfulness.
This has ignited my desire to spread the health benefits of an all round yoga practice. With Intention Yoga you will be granted a compassionate space for you to bring your intentions to your yoga. Encompassing, breath, exercise and meditation for a practice of your overall health.
One On One Class:-

About our Yoga
I offer a full spectrum approach to your yoga practice, starting with the physical practice on the mat, then bringing in a mindful moving meditation. Yoga will cultivate strength in your muscles, joints and even the bones, while at the same creating more suppleness as you release holding patterns in your connective tissues (fascia). By letting go of physical tension through yoga asanas (postures), you will discover a new-found freedom in your movement.
